Word of Caution:
Stay away from MBS owned properties (i.e. Lodge at Baybrook and many others).
Check into who owns the complex before you rent it, for that knowledge could save you big bucks in the long run. MBS seems to be known for running their properties into crime ridden slums. Search the internet for comments and reviews on MBS properties... you'll see how messed-up this company is.
Ever since MBS bought the Lodge at Baycr*p in 2004 buglary has gone up drastically, maintanence is horrible, vandalism is common place and the office staff is rude and uncareing.
Don't rent from an MBS corporating property, unless you want to be ripped-off.
