The Lodge at Baybrook use to be a nice place to live until the MBS company bought the place about a year and half ago. Ever since the place has gone downhill. The new office staff is not helpful and there has been at least four managers and a dozen different employees since MBS took over... probably not a good place to work either.
Good tenants keep moving out and most of those moving in are not people that I would recommend living next to or even near.

The Park at Walnut Creek was a great place to live when AMLI owned the property but since MBS Properties took over it has gone down hill also. The gates have never worked, the trash compactor wall around it has gaping hole that any child could fall into it. I have been accused of not paying rent twice and having an uauthorized pet. Don't move to The Park at Walnut Creek.
