I moved in in the first of January 2006.
And I would love to say this apartment complex is oh so close to perfection. Its sad to say there are alot of winny baby people out there that complain about just about everything that doesn't go there way. They should really look into getting some possitive influences in there lives. Like Jesus. God Bless those fortunate enough to live well beyond this worlds poverty.

I lived at the "Lodge" and it is a slum! If you want to live in a ghetto environment then this may be the place for you.

Whoever wrote the main article must be a ghetto queen because that's that only way one could ever think that the Lodge at Baybrook is anywhere near perfection. That crap hole place is run by the slum lord MBS company, who has a habit of ripping off the tenants and running their properties into hell holes.

Not to argue with you but you have not lived at the property long enough to make any rash decisions about the property and you must not live near a dumpster. I have lived here for 4 years and before the management company switched to MBS the property was absolutly flawless and there was not ONE PROBLEM.....NOT ONE!!! The rating was 98%. I do have Jesus and I go to church every Sunday so you have no right bringing religion into this matter. There are so many break-ins and I can't wait until to post another comment talking about how much you hate the complex after someone breaks into ur apartment while you were home asleep.

This must be one the employees or managers that work in the office because no one would really write a review like this if they lives at the Lodge.

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. ...It's worth it!

I always like to say the proof is in the pudding! Hello........! have you not seen the reviews this place have gotten? That many people cant be wrong! So you continue to attend chruch every Sunday and during the week too because you're obviously the one who desperately needs Jesus! F.Y.I. your telling the world that you come from the gutter and that your obviously not used to anything decent! One to grow on
