I used to live in these apartments a few years ago and I have complaints. They were expensive but new, quiet and well maintained.
I lived on the backside and never had problems with theft or parking.

Back in the 2001-2003 time frame the 'Lodge' was not owned by the MBS corrupt corporation. So, the rating and opinion of the person that wrote this review has no bearing on the current situation at the horrible Lodge at Baybrook. I lived there for about 6 months after it was bought out by MBS and crime sky rocketed, people were getting ripped-off by managment, and maintenance fell to almost nothing. Stay away from the 'Lodge' and MBS owned companies. |

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. ...It's worth it! |
