The MBS corporation has turned this once above average apartment complex (ie Lodge at Baybrook) into a hell hole when they bought it about 1.5 years ago.

Crime is severly increased, I hear have acceptted Section 8 (Welfare) tentants, maintanence takes an act of God to get... and if maintanence does come out make sure you watch them and your stuff closely!!

Don't Recommend the Lodge at Baycr*p!!

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
