Losing some great tenants

I've lived here for about 4 years now and this place was AMAZING when I first moved in. My apartment was broken into a few months ago and over $25,000 worth of property was stolen. I noticed a negative change when MBS took over as management. It's such a beautiful property, I hate to see it go downhill. I can only hope that another management takes over, soon!! My advice...know your neighbors!! We must watch out for outselves and help our neighbors...or else this place is really going to go downhill.

I too lived there before and shorlty after MBS corporation bought the place. Once MBS took over, the once beautiful complex quickly turned into a slum. MBS even removed the knowledgable current staff and replaced them with their own ingnorant and uncaring drowns. MBS should be sued for the way they treat their tenants and properties! |

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it! |
