This isn't just lip service, these are actual ongoing comlaints from the tenants at The Lodge at Baybrook (which is owned by the MBS company).

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!

I'm a new resident and I thought that the complaints were a little over done. I've seen the light. I moved in a month ago and I cannot count on one hand the problems I have had to deal with. My A/C went out (took 3 weeks to fix), My closet has fallen on me twice... the first time it ook 3 days to fix, second time more like 2 weeks and it's still loose from the wall. My washer broke 3 weeks ago... I finally removed the apartments and put mine in it's place. Absolutely ridiculous. I was told one thing only to have it bite me in the a$$ a bit later. If there was a way to legally break my lease I would.

The Lodge is less than a lodge. It's more like a shack. Repairs are never done promptly and the management changes like I change toilet paper (I'm very regular). I have complained so many times only to get the run around. The grounds are kept a mess and the trash compacter is always overflowed.
