OHHH MY GOD!!! This apartment complex is aweful!!!

Repairs are done half-ass, if at all.
Tenants are getting ripped-off from burglers and the employees.
The owner(s) laugh at the tenants complaints and do little to rectify any problems.

You may as well live in a welfare apartment, because you would have the same environment with a much cheaper rent.

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
