These apartments, once bought by the MBS Corporation, are dirty and unsafe. This place has a problem with rodent, bugs, and crime. And, don??t expect any help from the staff. The only thing you??re likely to get from them is a snicker and laugh when they think you can??t hear them.
But, it must be a horrible place to work too, because the management and maintenance staff is constantly turning over.

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
