Having been well traveled and a having a career which requires professionalism the #1 rule of thumb no matter what. Living here and dealing with everyone in the leasing office has been an experience in which i have never encountered. Although I must admit the signs were all there at the beginning but being eagar to move and getting settled in over powered my intuition. I have been lied to constantly by the managemet, they tell you whatever they think you want to hear, the sidewalks and walkways in my building are diguisting their dirty,stained and im embarassed to have company, they kept saying to me that it's going to be taken care of here it is a month later. My bedroom closet colapsed a week ago they still havent come to repair it, I have clothes everywhere everyday I call they tell me someone would be here to fix today lies!lies!and more lies! They are very unprofessional and messy individuals it's an absolute disgrace to the management and if they care anything about this property they need to listen to the people that keeps it up and running(the tenants) because it sure as hell isnt the ones in the leasing office. All of them suck!!!! LITERALLY!! All thought the location is fabulous and everything is @ your fingertips, it's not worth the lack of respect from the management team and very poor respondsiveness that you dont get! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LEASING HERE NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
