I am a current resident here and I can't wait to move. When we came to move in the apartment was not ready for us by far measures. The guest bath had standing brownish black water in it and well to many things to write. I understand how this can happen I have worked in this business and so I was very understanding. However I stopped understanding when the kitchen facet came off in my hand two days after we moved in and the manager told the assistant to tell me that part is being ordered and I would have to wait. Maintenance never came to fix anything, my husband has fixed everything that was wrong and that was not a short list. Please check out the other properties this managment company owns before you decide to live in such an expensive dump. I have only lived here for 5 months and I wanted to move after the first week.

The above review is no exageration. I lived at the Lodge of Baycrap and experienced the massive amount of crime and corruption that goes on with that company (the Lodge at Baybrook is owned by MBS corporation). Don't live at an MBS corporation owned complex!!!
