I am still waiting on my deposit 5 months later... do you think I will recommend them to anyone' Also, truck was broken into and the office blew me off (NOT COOL). What a DUMP!

For the price of rent payed at these ghetto apartments you could get much better accomodations elsewhere. Do so research there are far better apartments for the amount of rent being paid. And the crime and filth is horrible at this apartment complex. It was so bad there, that I broke my lease and moved-out early. **Talk to a few of the residents, without the complex management around, to learn the truth about this horrible place before you sign any contract with them** |

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
