I've lived in the apts for about 4 months and it's not as bad as people say they are. The reason why there is a garbage problem is because residents are too lazy to throw their trash in the compactor. I don't think that's the apt's fault. The only thing I can can complain about is the parking,there's not enough of them. I have to make sure to get home early to get a good one.

The reason why there is a garbage problem is because the trash does not get picked-up often enough to keep up with the flow of trash. And, secondly because the ghetto crowd that overwhelms this place throws their trash on the ground. Horrible place to live! |

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
