Want to live in a slum that is run by a slum-lord, then this is the place for you.

But, if you perfer a clean, not so crime ridden place to live then definitly go somewhere else.

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit or other) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. I believe the courthouse is on Diana street just off of Bay Area Blvd in the city of Webster. ...It's worth it!
