After reviewing a legal website I've come to the conclusion that ALL MBS propertied are in an essence the same. Stay away!! Bad Lighting in the parking areas, a lady was raped and the always broken gates were magically fixed a day later. By all outward appearances it is a great property but once you sign that lease you are left open to many differing problems. The maintenance is slow, like 2-3 weeks, and they don't fix the problem just patch it. I hope something changes soon because otherwise I'll pay the extra money and break the lease!!

First off...learn to spell! I've lived here 2 yrs. and the staff has always been great to me. I love my apt. and stuff has always been fixed within 2 days!!
