This apartment has been the worst pain in my ASSS ever! The management is uncaring, the maintanence is drastically slow, and crime here unreal.

My airconditioner had problems all summer long and since it wasn't fixed properly, it will likely not work again through next summer. And, I know 5 people that were robbed last year along and I don't really know a whole lot of people here, so that's about 3 percent of the people I know were affected by crime.

I seriously considering breaking my lease because the cost would be far less than getting robbed and maybe less the cost of living through another hot summer here.
