What a DUMP!!!!!!!!!

This place used to be really nice until the current management took over about 2.5 years ago. Since then, they have let the property fall to pieces and have allowed criminals to move in.
The management is RUDE, unhelpful, and treats you like you're in preschool. They can't keep track of when you paid rent, and even though the check has cashed, will leave eviction notices on your door saying you haven't paid rent.
The landscaping use to be immaculate, but now it is ALL WEEDS and looks like it should be on Blue Collar TV's 'White Trash Yard of the Week'. The bricks are falling off the facade of the building and will lie in the sidewalk or lawn for weeks. There is trash everywhere and the dumpster has rats, and nobody picks up after their dogs. It looks like we should have cars on cinder blocks on the lawn (oh wait, we do).
They spend NO MONEY on the property, outside lights have been out for months, and some are hanging by their wires and have been forever! They have purposely (its seems) understaffed their maintenance team to save money, and have pretty much told me to 'fix it myself'. They have closed the clubhouse after business hours, and the pool hasn't been open in months, and when it is actually summer, they close it most days of the week, I can assume only because they don't want to spend the money on maintenance.
All the perks and reasons I moved in 5 years ago are gone, yet my rent has been raised. If I wanted to live in the ghetto for $800/month, I'm sure I could find a much nicer place than this. I will probably end up breaking my lease to get away from this dump and the people who "run" it. DON'T MOVE HERE, or you will regret.

The review is absolutly correct. I lived there for 3 years and once the new managment company (MBS company) bought the place, it fell apart quickly. Crime, filth, rodents and other pests are common place now.

As a vendor, I am aware of MBS property issues. I cannot speak for the rudeness of the office staff, but MBS is a horrilbe management company. My company will only do business with them if they pay up front. Otherwise, they basically just don't pay. MBS has been that way for years. I am sure that is why things are not getting done around the property. They have burned too many bridges with area vendors and nobody wants to do business with them. It is a shame. But I would highly recommend not moving to an MBS property.
