My husband and I have lived here for 1yr and we are finally moving out...this is a horrible place to live. Nothing ever gets fixed, we moved in with nasty carpet...I don't even think that they cleaned it before we moved in. The garbage situtaion is just disgusting and the gates are always broken. Don't pay extra for a gate remote, they stay open all the time. So much for gated living. Parking Sucks!
