we have lived here for a few months now and its not to bad. THEY ARE NO LONGER UNDER MBS. so the reviews that talk crap about how their managment is dont matter anymore. the new managment is good so far. The trach is NOT how the pictures show anymore. What the lazy people dont know is that there is a button to push the trash back when it gets full. Yes all you have to do is push a little button and problem solved. stop being lazy. its not dirty. there has been one break in that happened over Christmas. (come on thats the biggest time that people do break in). Its close to everything you need and the people who live here are nice. Say what you want to...but why would someone just out of the blue for no reason post a "bad review" because they are bitter.... you aren't bitter for no reason---usually because something happened.... we are just trying to warn people so they don't make the same mistake we did... if mbs isn't managing it anymore--it might be better... and NOT ALL THE PPL who said there were problems with the trash were just too lazy to press the freakin button...but you can only press it so many times...before there is NO MORE ROOM and then it overflows and causes problems.... and when we talk about breakins... there were over 35 during the time I lived there (2 1/2 years)....I KNOW BECAUSE I GOT THE POLICE REPORT...why would you want to attack the ppl just trying to warn others about a bad situation....you work there or something???

The person above has the right idea and I AGREEE WITH THEM COMPLETELY--everyone on this site is complaining because they had a bad experience at the Lodge and wanted to inform new tenants of the problems before they move in. THAT IS WHY THIS WEBSITE EXISTS!!! There is no excuse for calling previous tenants names when they, themselves, were treated like yesterday's garbage. I had more problems than break-ins and trash, etc. I come on this site to WARN people of what happened to me--I am not doing it purely to avenge MBS for mistreating me. Get a clue, TXBUCK1983!!! Lets see how you feel when your car is broken into, you feel completely violated and NOT ONE MEMBER OF THE STAFF cares and they do not do anything to rectify the situation!!!! THE LODGE AT BAYBROOK WAS A DISASTER to my FAMILY and me!!! I have the right (courtesy of the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) to say WHATEVER I FEEL!!! You have the same right to say as you please, but at least I did so without NAME CALLING.
