These apartments are pretty inside and out, fairly quiet, large dogs ok, no roaches or mice anywhere, BUT--i have lived in apartments my whole life, and when i moved out of the lodge they sent me an $800 bill to replace the carpet. I have never seen that before, apartments are supposed to replace the carpet every couple of tenants! I am not supposed to pay for that!!! And all it needed was a steam clean!!! Rip off, i did not pay it.
Plus, there were numerous break in's all the time, and the gate is always broken.

A tenant is actually supposed to receive a carpet cleaning every time they renew a lease. It's an optional thing, but you are entitled to the service. Good luck on them ever telling you though. That complex truly irks me to the core. Those women in that office and useless and rude to boot. The manager is a complete joke, and her minions are even worse. Good thing you left when you did.
