Yep people let their kids run around here & the parents definitely don't supervise. The noise level for me is decent, no complaints there. Everything in my apt is working fine so far. My electric bills are very decent. My electric bills stay between $200-$275 per month, and I keep my thermostat at 67 degrees all day & all night, so that's a plus considering I have the largest floorplan. I like the pool area, very nice. I'm concerned about the crimes occurring here with more frequency within the past few months. Since moving here in August, there have been at least a few burglaries, and many many cars have been vandalized. That's a definite negative. And there are tons of spiders...geez they are everywhere. The ones I find in my apt are little baby spiders...but the ones outside are huge, yuck! We have had them spray every month but we still see the baby spiders. My main concern is the crime though. Parking is crappy but oh well. Staff seems to be nice, I haven't had a problem yet, but then again I haven't complained to them about anything yet. I like their movie nights on Tuesdays, but it's hard to watch movies in there....it's so hot! I don't think they turn on the A/C in that movie room or something. Compared to some other apts in this immediate area, I would recommend this apt complex.
