High Crime

The apartment is nice, nice floor plans and over all in good shape. The cons is everyone has access to the property, they might as well leave the gates open because everyone comes in. The combination of people selling drugs, theft, and a few of the tenants are out of control, but seems management wants a hug problem before they do anything.
