I moved to the Reserve last summer and love my apartment. There is nothing else in the Clear Lake area that has attached garages with direct access that isn't far from the freeway. I had looked at Las Palmas and Park at Armond Bayou but chose to live here based on the staff and location. My friends come over and play sand volleyball on the weekends and the grounds look really good.
