This is a very nice complex, but I wish that is was taken better care of. It needs to be powerwashed (alge or green stuff all over it)and painted. The manager and leasing agent ar very nice, but the assistant manager is snotty and thinks she is better than everyone else. I also wish the gates would stay shut. They have not worked in a very long time. Parking is also a problem, but that is something that can't be hepled. They have a very good social director, who does a lot of things for the residents...i've heard. I also think the staff should inforce the rules a little better. Trash is everywhere the night before trash day. It looks dirty. I do not feel safe in the fitness center because any one can go in. you use to need your key card, but now the thing is broken...so the gates are open and anyone can go in there. not really what I signed up for. The more I think about it the angrier I get. The reason it is like this is their management company is out of state, so they are not checked up on. I love the area it's located in.
