I love the inside my apartment, I think that is the only plus here. The manager seems to be the only helpful one, but good luck getting her on the phone. The parking is a total nightmare, if you want anyone to visit. No worries about getting them in, since the gate seems to always be open. The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. If you live next to loud neighbors, good luck getting any peace and quiet. I agree with others on this site that the outside needs a GOOD cleaning and the trash pickup needs to be reinforced. I am very disappointed.
