Getting worse

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
I have lived here for 4 years, and initially things were fine. However, they have recently gone downhill. I've had roaches and mice, and all the exterminators do about the mice is place those sticky pads everywhere so you can come home to mice stuck and dying. The office staff has never been much to brag about. And my rent continues to increase each time I renew my contract.
