we have lived here for 7 months and just signed on for another 6. This place is twice the rent we paid in our other complex but you can't beat it. Sure a house payment would cost the same, but we weren't ready for a house. The parking is a problem since everything seems to be a fire lane. But it does limit loud parties, so that is nice. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. We can always here the people living above us stomping around, but it's that way with any apartment. They are quick to fix the gate if it breaks, and I feel very safe here, which I did not in another complex in this area. Also, the neighborhoods around here are nice to walk through, the people seem pleasant. I would recommend this complex if you want safety and security, but aren't quite ready to be a homeowner.
