Overall, we enjoyed living here. PROS: 1) Well-maintained. The place was getting a little worn, but the new owners are painting it and fixing it up. We visited a lot of other apartments that were beat up by comparison. 2) Tandem garages. 3) Friendly enough neighbors. 4) Kroger across the street. 5) Easy access to 45. 6) Interesting floorplans. Our two-bedroom had an office nook and the kitchen overlooked the living room, giving it a big, open feel.

CONS: 1) Very limited guest parking. 2) The front entrance gate was always broken. Frankly, I liked it, it made it getting in and out easier. I don't like gated communities, but some people do and they might be unhappy with the gate broken all the time. 3) Walls a bit thin, so you hear your neighbors. 4) No recycling program.
