We have lived in The Reserve for a little over a year. The first 6 months were GREAT. Maintenence responded immediately. We have been very unhappy with our upstairs neighbors. They are EXTREMELY loud and constantly bang on the floor (which is our ceiling). They bang so hard that the fan shakes. The office is not doing anything about it and they do not even respond when we send an email.
