I read the reviews of this complex before I moved here--and they are correct when they say that the office staff smiles in your face and asks for more money, but does not respond to problems. Our car was towed when we have had the next door neighbors park in FRONT of our driveway; when we called to complain, we were told that, "management does not call back for towing issues". Our air conditioner was fixed four times this summer, and not in a timely manner. We had big black ants pouring in from a crack in the baseboard early in the summer, and they fixed that after a day or two...now, I have a whole entire pantry FULL of large black ants, who are streaming in from another INTERIOR hole in the baseboard by the carpet...and when I called the maintenance, they said that they will not respond until in the morning, when I, of course, have to be at work. I shop at Whole Foods; I wonder if they are going to replace the huge amounts of food I am throwing away, not to mention the scores of bites I am getting on my hands, legs, and feet while I am trying to clean up the mess. I wonder why they did not spray or address this problem the last time it happened...and I can't be the only one with this problem. I am breaking my lease...and I am a tolerant person--but enough is enough!
