There were so many things that I didn't like about The Reserve At Autumn Creek.
I lived there for a year and the front gates only worked twice since I've been there.
They are always broken and the managment will not fix it.The amenities were always broken or not available to use. The gym was missing it's equipment most of the time. The gas grills were always out of propane and never replaced. You can forget about parking, there isn't any for your guest. Every curb has a no parking fire zone so your guest will have to park outside the complex and walk in. You can also forget about cooking in your kitchen, it's a size of a walk-in closet. The only counter space you have is above the dishwasher. You do not have a microwave, and it's washer and dryer connection. When you rent the washere and dryer, you might as well buy them because you pay so much. It tooks days for the maintence people to change a light bulb.
The good things were there were plenty of storage with an outside storage unit and with a one car garage you get storage under the stairs. Most floor plans comes
with a one or two car garage. Unique floor plans available. Very little noise. I only heard my neighbor's garage door go and down the whole time, but very little people noise. A nice size pantry, but no place to cook.
I left because my renewal of my lease was up and they wanted to charge the market price of the apartment. They threw on some fresh paint on the outside walls and called it remodel.
