I have been here for about a week now, and I'm already writing not to live here. First of all, there is absolutely NO parking. Most units have a one or a two car garage. They expect you to park in those garages, and if you have another car, then you can park in front of your garage. However, if you do that, most of the time you will block someone in when doing that. Every single curb is painted with a fire zone marking. The management says you can park there as long as you aren't blocking someone else in, but if you look closely, pretty much every where you park is blocking someone in.
Now lets get to the space in the apartment. The bedrooms are TINY! I BARELY fit my king size bed into the master bedroom. The living room is friggin huge though. They took out the fireplace that was once there and filled it in with sheetrock along with outlets. They pretty much force you to put your TV in that 52" hole. There is no sperate dining area. You have to just throw your table in your living room and make it look nice.
Lastly, moving furniture into your floorplan. My floorplan requires me to enter my front door and immediately make a 90 degree turn up some stairs. When it came to moving my couch up the stairs, it took four people over an hour to do such a task. Not very friendly.
The walls are thin, which leads you to have sky high energy bill. The management sucks and my toilet is constantly running. They came to fix it, but I think they broke it further.
Oh yeah, all this excitement for 1,191 a month!
