If YOU HAVE CHILDREN 10 AND UP DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. THE MANANGER IS A OLD BITTER WOMEN WHO DOESNT LIKE CHILDREN. THE KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE COURT YARDS UNLESS THEY ARE ABOUT 7 AND UNDER.I TRYED SEVERAL TIMES OVER A TWO WEEK PERIOD TO REACH HER BOSS AND NO ONE WOULD RETURN MY PHONE CALL. EVEN THE GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AT THE OWNERS OFFICE WAS UNDERSTANDING AND OVERWHELMED WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE MANANGER.I THINK WHAT IT COMES DOWN TO IS THIS LADY HAS BEEN THERE FOR A VERRRRY LONG TIME AND THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY EASY TO KEEP FULL BECAUSE IT IS THE ONE AND ONLY REASONABLE PLACE TO LIVE IN FRIENDSWOOD THE OWNERS DONT CARE HOW SHE BEHEAVES. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO MOVES IN SALEM SQUARE.
