Ownership not so good

These apts used to be nice to live in but now, they are falling apart, there are not enough maintence personel to fix things, they take too long to get them fixed probably for this reason. There are plenty of kids and plenty of noise now. The manager gave up yelling at them unless someone complains alot. you can hear others when they raise their voices too loud from the apt next door to you. Theres mold in the vents, holes in the apts from probably termites and squirrels. Yes the pool should stay opened longer because its usually hot most of the year but its only opened for only about 4 months. The manager has been here a long time but I feel because of all the owners that these apts have gone through she has gotten to where shes tired of all the responsiblities that were given to her when the owners laid off a lot of workers. This caused a hardship on the ones that were left. Because there are alot of families that want their kids to go to the Friendswood schools, they cannot get any others cheaper than these, even if it seems as if you are living in the slums. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
