My issue is with the management of Skyhawk Apartments.

I am currently a resident at the Bay Meadows Apts which are located right next to the Skyhawk Apts.

The wooden fence that separates the two complexes is forever being vandalized leaving boards missing from the fence. Its tacky and trashy looking... very much an eyesore. As well as it compromises the safety of the tenants that live next to the fence because of all the traffic that passes back and forth through the fence. My apartment is located near the fence.

I contacted the management at my apartments, and as usual nothing could be done... I was told that it was Skyhawk's responsibility because the finished side faces them.

So, I contacted the manager in December of 2003, was told that something was to be done after the first of the year.

I contacted the managemnt AGAIN in January where I spoke with the new very rude and ignorant manager. Got the same song and dance so I took it up further to her manager which is United Domion Residential Living.

After persistently calling for almost two weeks to get some kind of response, one of the top people at UDRL returned my call. He was probably the only I talked to that actually appeared to have a brain. He assured me that something would be done... however, the week that something was suppose to be done, it rained alot. But this past week there was no excuse why something wasn't done... therefore I will have to contact this person... AGAIN.

To sum it all up, I have never nor will I ever be a tenant at Skyhawk Apts... just their lack of initiative, respect ignorance at ingnoring this issues tells me that they do not care one bit about their property or tenants.

You are absolutely right! I am one of the residents here....and I am tired of their staff! They are lazy and irresponsible! If they can't do their jobs right, they better quit!
