I am not satisfied with this apartment complex. Our air conditioner was broken off and on for a solid month and after i sent a certified letter (the third letter total) to the office stating that they were violating the lease, it was fixed. I asked 5 times for my front porch light that was broken to be replaced. I told them i got home late at night and walking up the stairs without light is hazardous. I requested a balcony porch screen door 5 or 6 times, but again with the certified letter they came and put a second hand one on the porch which immediately fell off the frame when i tried to slide the door to open it. (on the 3rd request for the door i was told they would order me a brand new one) Management is a joke. They are lazy. They are sassy and treat us as if we are the problem and tell other tenants that we are rude and other explicit names. I feel that requesting work orders to be completed numerous times deserves a trip to the office to tell them what i think of them. You would think that they would treat work orders more seriously to tenants who pay their rent ontime. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
