Management here has always been a joke.They change the rules when it suits them best to make the most money for themselves.That depends on what mood they're in on that day.Maint. is average,but with the poor quality a/c units,they go out about once a year.Took around a week to get mine fixed,as well as our neighbors too.Baybrook Village management & maint. was even better than this, even though the actual living spaces were not as nice.
