The apartment complex was bought out last year and is being redone. Parking spaces are going to be asigned, they have fixed the entrance and exit gates, they are going to replace the fence, they are fixing the hot tub, redoing the exercise room, they have painted the outside, and they are being more strict about the residents that they let live here. All in all, they are cleaning the place up. The staff has also been replaced including, head of maintenance and the manager. The new manager travels about an hour from her home to be here each day. Why' Because she has been so successful with other apartment complexes. She listens to complaints and gets things done promptly!
