Electricity Bill Was Unreal

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I had a small one bed room at sky Hawk Apartments. My electricity bill was $181 dollars and it was still hot. I told them about the problem after two month they put in a new air conditioner. When it came up to my lease to renew they raised the rent $60.00 more. Also when I lived there they has 3 or 4 apartments has to replays carpet from the flood.
