Management is not truthful. Verbally promised 6 month lease renewal and only offered 9 month or longer renewal later on. Maintenace to apartment that should have been completed prior to move in took 2 months of constant reminders. Carpet was deep stained (in pad)prior to move in and stains bleed through after move in. Fitness Center & pool unavailable for months due to repairs, and poor maintenance. Stroller stolen from porch. Appliance damage due to electrical outages on a regular basis. Roaches in apartment. Office copy machine left for months by dumpster. Dumpster area was never cleaned while we were living here. Baby pool closed for several weeks. Water standing in parking lots, grassy areas, pool area, and apartments resulted in swarms of mosquitos. Gated community but gates are left unsecured.
