Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The ceiling above my guest bathroom's tub broke through from water damage one day. A stream of water about 1" in diameter flowed for 3 hours before "Emergency Maintenance" showed up.
The office is a little unorganized. Always keep notes and official documentation signed by both parties!!
Just FYI, the $150 deposit is NON-refundable. And the neighborhood directly behind the apartment complex has eight registered sex offenders residing there.
