So far so good. Whenever we have had a problem, maitanance has been there the very next day. I live next to dumpsters and I don't have an issue with that. People are quiet and control their car alarms. Gate breaks twice daily...lol Grounds are nice. The two apartments next to me have had the same occupants for 2 years now. The sidewalks do flood. I need a bigger apartment for expanding family and am considering transfering to one here. No loud music durring the day or loitering.
I'm actually afraid to move someplace else even though I would like a newer updated apartment. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
