Interior and exterior is nice and modern but with all of the problems you have to deal with it's not worth the money. DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE!!!!

BEWARE!!! HUge pest problem and office staff are liars and very rude.

Save yourself, lease somewhere else. Frisco has tons of new apartments that's much better than ALTA COBB HILL.

DO NOT LEASE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER...
