Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived here for 18 months...I had a 12 month lease and a 6 month lease. They lost my 6 month lease and notified me just before I gave them my 60 day notice of moving out. They then charged me market rent, which was 145 dollars more each month plus 150 a month penalty for my lease being month to month. Basically I thought everything was fine until two months before leaving when they told me I had to pay close to an additional 1000 dollars do to their mistake. If they would have informed me at the time the lease was due that they didn't have it or lost it I could have avoided all of this...but they neglected to tell me.
