We are leaving the apartment to buy a house. Even if the house were not a factor, we would still leave. The apartments are cheaply built, we had mold growing in every window, all sinks tend to leak, and maintenance staff do not know how maintain things. If you live in a middle or lower apartment, prepare yourself for extreme noise from above. Finally, office staff are incompetent, do not return phone calls, and cannot perform simple tasks beyond selling you an apartment lease.

It is ever worse now. The management is to keep it clean "stupid"
