After dealing with noise, drugs and trash from some new neighbors...I am happy to report that Laurie AND ESPECIALLY the courtesy officer, Brandy, have taken a very active stance on our issue. I have to say that I am very impressed with how quickly they have worked to resolve the situation. We really liked living here before the issue, and now that it has been resolved, we can enjoy our space once again! It is so nice to see that type of activity and disturbance to other residents will not be tolerated at Cypress Lake!
