Okay. Cypress Lake was an awesome place to live before the NEW management arrived. We've been here a year and a half. New management took over a month ago and can't wait to escape!

Old management had tons of events, parties, happy hour, casino night, poker night, breakfast every Saturday, etc. It was great. Everyone at the complex LOVED it and enjoyed it.

Now we have these sterile ass people running the place who of course think they are "better" than the previous management. They have reduced the events by about 90% and prices have stayed the same or increased.

I went into the office today to pick up a package. Lady not only misread my first (English) name by a long shot, she also misread the carrier who the package was delivered by (USPS). I guess some of the people who work here now have problems reading. How awesome!

Suggestion: Cypress Lake used to be awesome. Now it offers nothing but location. Find another complex that's cheaper and close by like Seqouia at Stonebriar or the Residences at Starwood. You can probably save about $200-$300 a month. You're not going to be missing anything here but you'll definitely be paying just as much as if you'd rented an 1,800 square foot/2 car garage house with a yard.

BTW, I like how they planted new grass seed in the front of the complex but the rest of the complex is all dead and brown. Nice way to save a dime!

ALSO, there's a Great Dane dog that goes and takes a ---- on the grass and the owner does NOT pick up after it. Land mines EVERYWHERE! In fact, they don't even take it out on a leash because they are too damn lazy. 3rd floor is too much trouble! Isn't there a size policy on dogs' This one's about the size of a horse. I'm sure it weighs more than some adults do in the complex. Cute. :)

Heh, so you've seen the "spotted horse" too? Or is this another Great Dane? Strong agreement with everything you've mentioned. And thanks for the tip on the other properties; we'll most likely be checking them out when the renewal notice letter comes.

I totally agree with you. This place is a Sh!thole now that these lowlife management people have taken over. It is absolutely horrendous what I have heard of them doing to people. And the new people that they hired to come in and run this place are awful. Most of the people that were with the prior company were awesome and super friendly. They have taken away all of the amenities and still want to raise rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
