I have been living in this place 3 years some, It was after new management took over that this place felt like any other apartment facility, nothing special to excite or motivate the residents, all existing amenities that the old management use to provide are gone!! Now the new management is not advising there existing residents of the changes, causing much frustration to many residents that have signed a new lease ... I think new management should advise tenants of all the amenities changes in ADVANCE!! And not assume residents are mind readers. Here are a few things to look for before signing a lease, broken corner mirror and busted headphones in the gym, missing 30 and 35 pounds weights also far left treadmill not working in the gym. Broken carwash vacuum, gates will remain open @ times because they are busted. @ times you will notice computers will have no internet access'' Or printer not working, this is the only thing I think has been fixed. If you are considering this place, ask question about amenities and when you get a tour, don t be afraid to check things are in operating condition.

I even saw 2 of the ducks leaving yesterday. They were trying to cross Warren during rush hour! Guess it was worth the risk. :)

Well I'm glad others are noticing. This place wasn't perfect before, but at least it was fun. Now I feel like I am in prison. Luckily, I only signed up for another 6 months of this harassment and believe me. I have been harassed. I've had to sell my car because they didn't like that I had 2 and only drove one on the weekends. The gutter trash bookkeeping who probably didn't even graduate elementary is on a power trip and invaded my home to post an eviction notice. Wanna know why bookkeeping tried to evict me? Well, after 17 months of paying on time or in advance on an 18 month contract, the place was sold. One the 18th month I walked into the office to pay as I always had, with my credit card, only to be told on the day rent was due that they weren't accepting CC payments. I was on my way out of town on business and was assured that bookkeeping would contact me or I could call, but there was no big deal. After a few days of phone tag with bookkeeping, who by the way leaves at all random early hour of the day, I came home to an eviction notice posted inside my house. New management took over unequipt to do their job. My life was put at risk because of it. I still haven't even received a copy of my new lease. I signed it 2 months ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is nothing special about it anymore and you will be treating worse than an Al-Kiada prisoner.
