My wife and I moved into Cypress Lakes yesterday. This morning I went to the office to put in a request for some minor work to be done (water heater temperture lowered, ceiling fans (ours) installed, and a shelf lowered in one of the bathrooms). Scott, the manager wrote the work order and told me they would get to it as soon as they could. I expected a two to three day wait. About forty-five minutes after the work order was written, there was a knock at the door and it was Orlando one of the maintenance guys. He did all of the work quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I don't know about other places, but if the complex continues with what we have experienced during the last twenty=four hours, we will be here a very long time.
