I have lived here for a year now and can say that these apartments are
the GHETTO of Frisco!!!
The apartments themselves are not
maintained-such as: buildings need to be painted, lighting fixtures have burn
holes in them, we have a lovely LAKE that forms in the back property
everytime it rains due to an over flow area, pillers are
cracking/molding/falling apart!, trees around the property were allowed to be infested
with worms over the past winter and some have actually died and nothing is
being done about them! Trash/messes are left for weeks at a time, or
until reported. Anyone is allowed to move in here- reff-raff! One
good thing I have to say though the maintenance is very quick on
service. They did FIRE all of the maintance, which was good b/c they were
stealing things and drugging around!
The maintenance crew they have
hired are very courteous and fast working, but speak very little english,
so communicating is a slight problem
Parking is often impossible to
find and the parking areas are NOT well lit! So, don't go out after
dark!!! Yes, they have LOTS of kids playing after school till dusk and
most parents don't watch anything they do!They will say or do
anything to get moved into this place, but after 2/3 months you will HATE
living here! Everyone I know that has lived here longer than 3 months
is ready to move out of this place and on to bigger BETTER
things!
Try the Sonserena across the street- it's better!
